These three journals all work together and, when you sign up, you will have access to all three. They are intended
to be a complete set of tools to help you better manage your weight loss efforts.
You must sign up for an account to use the journal. This will allow you
complete privacy in posting your journal, as you will be the only person who
may view, edit, or delete your journals.
Want to see what
it's about before signing up? Log in with a username of guest and a password
of guest. You may play around but please don't begin your journal as "guest".
One, that would allow all visitors to view your journals and, two, the "guest"
journals will be deleted on a regular basis.

can calculate your ideal body weight, your body mass index, or even how many calories it takes to maintain your weight at its current
level. Additionally, we have fitness articles to help educate and

other websites focused on weight loss, dieting, fitness and exercise, nutrition, and weight watchers members, among other weight related issues.
We have a recipe database where our users can
add their favorite low fat recipes or find a new recipe to try at home. On the subject of recipes, don't forget to swing by our
discussion forums and visit the
recipe forum there. There are
lots of great low fat / low calorie recipes found there, as well.
